Terms And Conditions
1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized agents.
A valid passport (with minimum 6 months validity) is required for international travel.

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a minimum advance payment as specified during the booking process.
2. Payment Policy

Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cash (for Dubai clients).

Full payment must be completed before the departure date unless agreed otherwise.

Any additional services requested during the trip may incur extra charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).

Cancellation charges apply as per the following schedule:

30+ days before travel: 90% refund

15–29 days before travel: 50% refund

Less than 15 days: No refund

Visa fees, airline tickets, and service charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
4. Visa Services

We assist with Dubai tourist visa applications; however, visa approval is subject to UAE immigration policies.

Visa rejection is solely at the discretion of immigration authorities and Dubai Ghumo shall not be held responsible.

Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
5. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure their passport, visa, and other travel documents are valid.

Dubai Ghumo is not liable for any losses due to incorrect or incomplete documents.
6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our packages by default.

We strongly recommend purchasing insurance to cover medical, trip cancellation, or baggage loss situations.
7. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

The details of what is included or excluded in your package will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

Any personal expenses, tips, meals not mentioned, or optional tours are not included unless specified.
8. Changes or Delays

Dubai Ghumo reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, flight delays, government regulations, or other factors beyond our control.

We will do our best to provide a suitable alternative or reschedule services accordingly.
9. Liability Disclaimer

Dubai Ghumo is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or damage that occurs during your travel.

We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers, and are not liable for their actions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE and India, and any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the respective legal authorities.
