Cancellation Policy – Dubai Ghumo

At Dubai Ghumo, we understand that travel plans may change. We aim to offer fair cancellation terms while covering the basic costs incurred in processing your booking.

1. How to Cancel a Booking

  • All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email or WhatsApp to our official contact details.

  • Cancellation will only be considered effective once confirmed by our team in writing.


2. Cancellation Charges

Note:

  • Visa fees, airline tickets, and any non-refundable bookings made on your behalf will not be refunded.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.


3. Special Conditions

  • For peak season bookings, group tours, or bookings with special discounts, custom cancellation rules may apply (these will be shared during the booking).

  • In case of cancellation due to visa rejection, only refundable portions (excluding visa fee and service charges) will be returned.

  • If the trip is postponed instead of canceled, rescheduling charges may apply depending on supplier policies.


4. Changes by Dubai Ghumo

  • If we are forced to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer an alternative date or a full/partial refund depending on the situation.
